Snowy morning

099This photograph was taken earlier in the week just at the bottom of the garden.  There is nothing more appealing than wandering with a camera in a morning after fresh snow has fallen.

I was too slow to get a picture of the heron that was clearly looking for breakfast on the Bronnie Burn and rose just a few feet in front of me.  Clearly it was not expecting company at that time of the morning.  So I simply watched it fly off down the burn, and had to content myself with taking a few shots of the landscape.

A few days on the snow hasn’t had much of a shift, and if the forecast proves correct there will be more to follow!
