Morning Light

Morning Light

Morning Light

We are not positioned to get a good view of sunset, but at this time of the year we get to watch some amazing sunrises and this photo was taken yesterday from our sitting room window.

If you follow this blog you’ll see these trees at various points throughout the year sometimes stark and bare and sometimes completely covered in green.

This is also the time of year when we can see our neighbours on the other side of the Bronnie Burn, but in a few weeks they will disappear behind a sea of green leaves as the trees burst forth.

All of these changes remind us of the ebb and flow of life and although this blog normally focuses on life and growth and all things alive, I’d like to dedicate this photo to Albert a 94 year old gentleman who died recently, who passed through my life almost 20 years ago, and is still remembered fondly.  Enjoy the photo and all it symbolises and decide to leave an impression of Morning Light wherever you go today.
