Pitmedden Gardens opened at the beginning of the month and is open until the end of September. I like to head up to Gardens throughout the summer months and enjoy a coffee and some of their lovely cakes!
There is so much to see and do – why not go for a woodland walk around the estate past Lady Mary’s ponds or visit the Museum of Farming Life or just admire the beautiful array of flowers that fill the borders! The Gardens also have over 80 varieties of apple trees, a herb garden and a shop to have a browse in too. And if you fancy it, why not have a spot of lunch at the picnic area in the great outdoors!
If you love gardening and are looking for some fresh new ideas then it certainly is worth a visit! Combine it with coffee and cake – that’s what I like to do!
